Hilton Al Ain has re-opened Flavours, its main restaurant, to cater to the city’s growing number of visitors.
The restaurant was renovated and now features improved décor in a contemporary Arabic setting with bright and vibrant colors highlighted by ornaments and patterns reflecting both traditional and modern elements.
The restaurant has an open dining hall and an outdoor terrace with a cocktail bar to go with the private dining area for groups and families.
The restaurant menu has been created by executive chef Inan Dogru from Turkey who brings a wealth of culinary experience. The restaurant will feature theme nights such as seafood, Italian, Asian, Arabic and Turkish.
