Caterer Middle East has confirmed that US chef Michael Mina has joined its line-up of top industry speakers for the fifth annual Caterer Food & Business Conference.
Set to take place on March 8 at Grosvenor House, Dubai, for the first time the event will be an all-encompassing conference, serving as a one-stop source for the latest trends, innovations and analysis needed to succeed in today’s market.
An expected 170 senior F&B professionals are expected to attend to discuss the opportunities for growth and debate key challenges facing the regional industry.
Mina, who is set to open his first MENA venture - Firebird Diner by Michael Mina - this month in Dubai, is known for his restaurants across the US, including the Michael Mina Restaurant, Bourbon Steak and RN74.
