Essam Nabhan has been appointed as executive chef at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf Dubai and Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf Dubai.
In his new role, he oversees six restaurants and bars.
The Doha-born chef graduated in Culinary Arts from Ismaila Hotel Institute and then joined the Doha Sheraton Hotel’s fine dining team.
Six years later, he joined the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai as chef de cuisine, leading the team at one of the hotel’s signature fine dining restaurants.
After seven years, Nabhan joined a new hotel company called Tamani Hotels and Resorts in Dubai Marina where he was in charge of setting up and opening its F&B outlets as executive chef.
From there, he joined the pre-opening team of the Millennium Plaza Hotel in Dubai.
