Farzi Café has opened its doors in Dubai marking the international debut for the restaurant concept.
Launched in collaboration with Crossroad Hospitality and located in City Walk Phase 2, Farzi Cafe offers guests global cuisine with an Indian and Arabic twist, and the inclusion of molecular gastronomy.
Speaking on the launch, Zorawar Kalra, founder and managing director, Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. (India) said: “Farzi Café is a modern Spice Bistro, which has undergone extensive research & development to incorporate cutting edge cooking techniques, including molecular gastronomy and creative culinary art.
"The result is food that is global in nature but with a progressive Indian and Arabic approach, something we feel has never been done before. Any dining experience at Farzi is full of unique flavors, textures and combinations.
"With the Dubai menu, we enter brand new territory with our take on classic Middle Eastern favourites and we’re excited to see how UAE diners will respond.”
Offering a playful interpretation of ingredients and an immersive dining experience rich with Indian references, Farzi Café draws influence from the prolific work of Jiggs Kalra, mentor and culinary director at Massive Restaurants and the creative talent behind some of the top restaurants in India.
