During Arabian Travel Market, which took place last week in Dubai, Emaar Hospitality Group director of operations Chris Newman revealed the group’s pipelines under its three hotel brands: The Address, Rove and Vida.
Plans for Emaar under The Address brand included the group’s first beach resort property, The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa, as well as new Downtown property, The Address Boulevard Dubai. Plans for the reopening of The Address Downtown Dubai also came under discussion at the conference.
The target for Emaar’s new “luxury midscale” hotel brand Rove, Newman revealed, is a pipeline of 2,660 rooms across 10 hotels by 2020.
