In celebration of International Burger day on May 28, Firebird by Michael Mina will offer a special menu that includes a burger priced at US$136 (AED500).
'Burger Domination Week' will take place from May 22- 28, with the week-long promotion inviting guests to try five types of burger: All American Slider, Down South Dirty Bird, The Big Tex, Arabian Burger and Burger Khalifa.
The latter is the top priced signature item, comprising two prime USDA beef patties, a Maine lobster tail, seared foie gras, black truffle aioli and a sunny side egg.
Prices for the other burger options at the restaurant, which is located in the newly opened Four Seaons DIFC, range from $13.60 (AED50) to $32.70 (AED120).
