Every Saturday evening this month and through to August 27, Pure Sky Lounge rooftop terrace in Hilton Dubai, The Walk, will offer an Asian street food market.

Between 6.30pm and 11pm, Asian-inspired plates will be available starting from US $27 (AED99). Packages that include alcoholic beverages are also available, priced per person. 

Food options at the pop-up market including vegetable spring rolls, sweet and sour fish sauce cracker selections, and a BBQ station serving prawn in sugar cane and calamari skewers.

There will also be a steam station, serving three kinds of dim sum; a noodle station serving phad Thai and Vietnamese fried pancakes; and a dessert station, offering fruit and coconut-inspired sweets.
