Hotelier Middle East’s first ever Housekeeping Report features in-depth insight into how hotel housekeeping departments across the Middle East can operate at optimum efficiency and cost saving.
The Housekeeping Report 2016 analyses where housekeeping operations in the Middle East are excelling, and where they are lagging behind other hotel departments, or housekeeping peers elsewhere in the world.
In order to do so, Hotelier surveyed 83 senior housekeeping professionals working across the region, with 88% of those who answered the Hotelier Middle East housekeeping survey at managerial level or above.
The expertise and insights gathered through the research stages of the report represent more than 80 hotels, equivalent to approximately 31,450 rooms, employing 7,225 housekeeping staff.
