JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is running a summer promotion that gives people the chance to win a trip to New York City, among other prizes.
'Passport to the Marquis' begins on July 31 and awards instant prizes to people who spend more than US $68 (AED250) each in a single visit to any of the hotel’s eleven participating restaurants and lounges, as well as the opportunity to enter a grand prize draw.
Participating outlets include Vault, Prime68, Garden, Velocity, Izakaya, Tong Thai, Rang Mahal, Positano, Kitchen6, La Farine and Aqua.
After each visit, guests will receive points based on their average spend per person and prizes will be awarded each time they dine.

Once a guest earns 1,000 points, they will be entered into the draw to win one of three prizes:
- a weekend stay inclusive of breakfast and a spa treatment for two at the Polynesian themed resoirt Lapita, in Dubai Parks & Resorts. The hotel is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection.
- a weekend stay in the Presidential Suite of JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, including brunch and a pampering spa experience for two.
- a three-night stay at the New York Marriott Marquis, including breakfast and two return tickets to New York City from Dubai.
Chances of winning will be doubled after reaching 1,250 points.
The prize draw will take place on October 15, 2016.
