The IMG World of Adventure theme park has pushed back its opening date to August 31.
The theme park, which was initially slated for an August 15 opening, is "under going fine tuning currently" an official press statement said.
The statement added: "Guests who have already purchased tickets prior to the new opening date will be issued new tickets for a chosen date. In addition, guests will receive a complimentary Ultimate Fast Track pass, which will provide priority access to the rides and attractions."
Stretching across 1.5 million ft2, the US $1 billion project is fully indoors and comprises four zones including 25 original retail concept stores, 28 immersive F&B outlets, over 1,600 employees and 4,500 parking spaces.
There will be four 'worlds' under one roof: Cartoon Network and Marvel as well as IMG Group original concept the Lost Valley-Dinosaur Adventure joined together by IMG Boulevard.
The theme park will offer 28 F&B outlets, with eight located in the Marvel zone and Cartoon Network zone each, five in the Lost Valley, and seven in the IMG Boulevard.
