From September 18 to 22, two Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar will be joining his team at Rang Mahal in JW Marriott Marquis to launch a limited-edition tasting menu called ‘Britain Meets India’.
Rang Mahal will serve nine sampling-size courses to guests and Kochhar will showcase some of his signature dishes.
The menu includes an array of Indian flavours that use traditional British cooking techniques - a country where Indian cuisine is extremely popular.
The limited edition menu is available from September 18 to October 18, priced at US$103 (AED375) per person for food only and $150 (AED550) per person, including paired beverages
