Scheduled to open in 2019, the new Holiday Inn hotel, located in Dubai Science Park, is part of the region's first freezone community aiming to create a vibrant 'Life Sciences' community.
The newly built InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) Holiday Inn Dubai Science Park hotel, comprising 402 rooms and suites, will operate under a management agreement with an affiliate of the Rolaco Group, according to a press statement.
Located near the Arabian Ranches and Motor City, Holiday Inn Dubai Science Park is fifteen minutes away from Mall of the Emirates.

The hotel includes five meeting rooms and a conference hall seating 600 guests, four food and beverage outlets, an outdoor swimming pool and a gym.

IHG chief operating officer India, Middle East & Africa Pascal Gauvin said: "We are delighted to be strengthening our global partnership with the Rolaco Group through the signing of their first Holiday Inn property in Dubai. The signing reinforces our current footprint in the UAE, which includes 19 hotels open and another 11 hotels in our pipeline. Across the Middle East there are 25 Holiday Inn properties open and an additional three properties due to open within the next three to five years.
