Dubai’s Chez Charles is going to expand its operations to Abu Dhabi and open a brasserie.
Chez Charles also has plans to open an online deli.
The company already has a few Michelin star chefs on its team of 55 employees, which originally began as an online gourmet store.
Its CEO and founder Charles Boghos said: “My passion was always about the ingredients – everything that comes out of the soil.”
“All our products are sourced from the country of origin, all handpicked, giving our customers the best quality and taste that they can ever have access to,” he added.
Meanwhile, Chez Charles will also be opening its flagship restaurant this winter at the Dubai Design District (D3). The restaurant will be divided into a dinning room, terrace, and lounge/ bar area.
