Scott Price, Nick Alvis and Viktorija Paplauskiene have revealed details to Caterer about their new Dubai-based restaurant — and confirmed that it will open in Madinat Jumeirah in January 2017.
For the first time, the business partners have worked with Gates Hospitality on their new concept, Folly by Nick & Scott.
Price described the new 120-cover restaurant as “an evolution of the style of restaurant that Table 9” serving high-end, modern European cuisine “in a relaxed environment”.
Price, Alvis and Paplauskiene left Table 9 at Hilton Dubai Creek to join Albwardy Investment’s F&B arm and open their first project, Taste Kitchen, in Dubai’s Mercato Mall. Since then, the trio have opened two more Taste Kitchen outlets in Dubai.
