Miyabi Sushi & Bento on Palm Jumeirah has celebrated its first anniversary with a party held on Novemeber 28.

The event offered a preview of a new menu, which divides Miyabi's offering into clear categories, ranging from yakitori skewers and tempura to makis, nigiri, temaki cones (made with one or two ingredients) and sashimi, plus a selection of ramen, fried noodles, donburi rice bowls, and shabu-shabu hotpots.

Miyabi Sushi & Bento co-founder Alia Al Shirwai commented: “A big thanks goes out to our chefs, who have been hard at work for months now, matching and unmatching flavours, adding one drop of soya more and maybe just a pinch of tobiko less, to guarantee this new menu meets the high quality standards we have set for ourselves so far at Miyabi Sushi.”

The new menu is available at all three Miyabi Sushi & Bento branches in Dubai – Sheikh Zayed Road, Media City and Palm Jumeirah.
