The 35th annual Mercury awards took place last week at the Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi, recognising the achievements of the regional travel catering industry.
The ceremony was held as part of the seventh annual SIAL Middle East trade exhibition and capped off the opening day.
Speaking at The Mercurys, SIAL Middle East managing director Joanne Cook said: “The Mercurys continue to be the premier accolade within the travel food industry and remain one of the most sought after awards for those in the airline catering business.
