Following the success of the Nestlé Docello Masterclasses in Dubai and Doha, this event in the series will offer pastry chefs in Saudi Arabia the opportunity to experience the Nestlé Docello dessert range, and find out how they are able make unique creation of their own.
The day will begin with internationally renowned, award winning chef Jodi-Ann Pearton sharing culinary trends, tips and exciting new concepts in the pastry arena, which can be translated into any sector of the hospitality industry to entice and excite culinary professionals and their customers.
All participants will then have the opportunity to take part in an interactive Nestlé Docello demonstration, before getting their hands on the Nestlé Docello products and competing to create their own signature dessert. The dessert which is the most creative, balanced and aesthetically pleasing and which utilises the Nestlé Docello products in the best way will see its creator win a trip to the Culinary Art Food Expo in Sri Lanka.
This Masterclass will open up chefs’ culinary minds to the limitless opportunities available with Nestlé Docello products and what is possible when high quality, convenient desserts can easily be produced.
