Gates Hospitality, the F&B company behind The Ultra Brasserie, Reform Social & Grill, The Black Lion, Bistro Des Arts, soon to open Folly and Six Senses Zighy Bay has unveiled a new restaurant and bar concept in Dubai.
The vision of long-time friends and colleagues Jonathan Vercoutere and Julien Pilard, Publique is an alpine-themed venue, located in the space that formerly housed Rivington Bar & Grill.
Publique co-founder Julien Pilard said: “We are very excited to open this month and the very last preparations are happening as we speak. The restaurant and bar are ready and look just amazing – prepare for the storm as Publique is set to change the Souk Madinat scene.”
