Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre's Casa Mia is hosting a pairing event next week to celebrate Italian wine, hosted by a Michelin-starred chef.
On February 24, Enzo de Pra, who has mentored the restaurant’s head chef, Maurizio Lazzarin, will be attending the six-course dinner event as a guest - but he will be in the kichen throughout the week, working with the Casa Mia team.
From February 20-25, the chef will be in the kitchen, working on an à la carte menu he has created exclusively for Casa Mia, available for lunch and dinner service.
The menu will pair with wines from the Gaja vineyards, which have been operating for almost 150 years.
The set menu non inclusive of wine pairings is priced at $87 (AED320) per person and inclusive of wine pairings is $215 (AED790).
