Construction on Majid Al Futtaim’s Mall of Egypt has been completed and willl open to the public on March 2, 2017.
With $390m (EGP6.3bn) in investments, Mall of Egypt has introduced new concepts to the Egyptian market such as Ski Egypt and Vox Cinemas.
Located in 6th of October City on Al Wahat Road, the two-level mall will house some of Majid Al Futtaim’s popular experiences such as Carrefour Hypermarket, Little Explorers, and Magic Planet.

The mall spans a gross leasable area of 16.5ha and will provide customers with 6,500 parking spaces.
The retail operator registered revenue growth of 9% in 2016, ending the year at $8bn (AED29.9bn) due to the addition of several new developments and expansions.
