French syrup and sauce producer Giffard unveiled new packaging for its line of syrups and sauces and introduced new sauce flavours, along with a collection of new coffee, dessert and cocktail recipes as new sauce flavour applications, at Gulfood 2017.
First introduced in August 2016 and making its Gulfood 2017 debut were Giffard's three new sauce flavours: caramel, dark chocolate and strawberry & red berries, consisting of a blend of strawberry puree, blueberry puree and blackcurrant juice.
All new flavours offer diverse applications for desserts, coffees and cocktails and follow Giffard's philosophy of not utilising preservatives or artificial ingredients.
Giffard also revealed a new bottle design for its syrup, with an enhanced botanical and floral illustration to convey the brand's use of real fruits and flavours, a French flag adorning the botle's neck to show that the syrup is made in France and the Giffard signature at the bottom to confirm the five generation family enterprise product's authenticity.
