The Hotelier Middle East: Qatar Hospitality Summit has kicked off at the Grand Hyatt Doha, with a day packed with industry-relevant issues set to be discussed.
The seventh annual Qatar Hospitality Summit is set to provide the ideal forum for hoteliers from every department to reflect on how they are going to tackle key operational challenges, meet customer expectations and boost their bottom line over the coming year.
The day has begun with a presentation from TRI Consulting associate director Chris Hewett, who is revealing more about the market and forecasts for the year ahead.
Following that, he will moderate a panel discussion on hoteliers in the country planning for the future, following a challenging 2016.
The day is filled with panel discussions on the re-classification standards in Qatar, and successful revenue management, along with workshops on food & beverage, housekeeping and digital technology.
