What most excites you about the UAE hospitality industry in 2017?
We as Arc are looking forward to seeing all the new 2017 projects coming to fruition. A lot of audacious developments are already in the industry pipeline. A tremendous increase of properties and room numbers, from mid-range to high end, are on the horizon for the Expo 2020 and Arc wants to be part of this adventure.
What do you think are the main challenges facing housekeeping professionals in 2017?
Sustainability, productivity and safety are the key operational challenges for housekeeping professionals, which we share as well.
What are the latest product launches from your company?
