Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai has launched a 'Caviar Decadence' menu at Hoi An, the hotel’s Vietnamese restaurant.
The menu comprises four courses and includes 100g of Yasa Premium caviar and a half-bottle of Laurent Perrier Brut Champagne per person.
Yasa Premium caviar is locally produced at Abu Dhabi's Emirates Aquatech. The facility is the world's largest and most technologically advanced indoor caviar farm. Based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi's industrial area, the farm produces caviar all year round without the use of chemicals and by employing traditional methods.
Emirates Aquatech places great importance on the sustainability of its caviar production, striving to be environmentally responsible at each stage of the process..
