Iv Behri joins Centro Sharjah by Rotana as the new human resources manager.
In his new role, Behri will be responsible for the overall manning, maintaining a fully functional department that provides hotel employees with efficient and timely services, as well as developing HR strategies.
Having joined Rotana in 2013 as a Tarot (The Accelerated Refinement of Talent) participant, an 18- month fast track management development programme, Behri has grown in the company over the years and held various positions. Following his completion of the programme, he was appointed human resources officer in Salalah Rotana, Oman and later promoted to assistant director of human resources. He held this position in several properties including his most recent, the Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi.
Behri, an Albanian national, is a graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School in Leysin, Switzerland.
