Located in Business Bay, Taj Dubai has announced the launch of the unconventional kitchen and bar Miss Tess, this September.
The concept presents Asian street food in a surprising fashion, surrounded by eclectic interiors which aim to transport guests to the bustling street markets found throughout Asia.
Hosted by Miss Tess, a woman who has travelled the streets of Asia collecting inspiration and experiences, diners will be taken on a culinary journey as she leads service like a theatrical performance, engaging with guests.
Taking culinary inspiration from Korean, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese cuisines, highlights include, Korean BBQ, sushi prepared by culinary ninjas, a variety of fresh and spicy Thai soups and noodles prepared at interactive cooking stations.
