The Caterer Middle East: Food & Business Conference is taking place at the Grosvenor House Dubai today, Tuesday, March 6.

The seventh edition of the forum will play host to more than 150 F&B professionals across hotels, independent restaurants, bars, clubs, catering companies and quick service restaurants.

Eighteen speakers are set to discuss, throughout the event, the latest trends and concepts, new technology to improve efficiencies and operations, developing culinary destinations, and nurturing entrepreneurial spirit in the industry.
