Luxury British restaurant operators Caprice Holdings has announced an agreement with Dubai-based developer Tatweer to build a high-quality F&B outlet in emirate.

The proposed restaurant Rivington Grill has been designed by Martin Brudnizki and will bring British flavours to Dubai’s culinary scene.

Brudnizki, of London firm Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, has worked closely with Caprice Holdings on several projects in London including Scott’s and The Club at the Ivy.

He has designed the outlet to contain whitewashed walls, stripped wood floors and bespoke deco furnishings.

Caprice Holdings operate a collection of highly-rated restaurants across the UK including The Ivy, La Captice and Daphnes, as well as a selection of private members clubs.
