When asked why the team deserves to win, the answer was: "The team is probably one of the smallest for a four-star hotel in Dubai with over 140 rooms. This shows how hard everyone has worked and to see the guests delivering such great reviews. The team has made guests want to return again and again and that is such an important quality to have in the hotel business."
