Traditional French-Mediterranean brasserie Margaux has opened in Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Burj Dubai.

Executive chef Julian Mercier, trained by internationally renowned masterchef Alain Ducasse, said the restaurant's menu combined “the flavours of the French and Italian Riviera”.

Mercier cited his cooking style as being based on “traditional and authentic flavours and ingredients, prepared using modern cooking techniques”.
