Thanks for your opinions Bernard and Lokesh. These pieces are team efforts and, as top 10s, are sure to divide opinion. We know Neos well and it certainly does have a fantastic view but this list was about the various views of the different sides of Dubai...not simply the tallest. We're all aw...
