This September, Caterer Middle East magazine will reveal its listing of the Top 20 Outlet Interiors from around the region, recognising unique F&B interior designs in a league of their own.
From fine-dining outlets with celebrity chef patrons to cosy, casual café chains, the list will recognise those venues where the interior design has been perfectly fitted to the concept, helping to drive business and encourage a loyal customer base.
"The Middle East has become a hot-bed of innovative design over the past few years — but even though a crazy, totally unique design might get people talking, it won’t necessarily encourage people to go and eat or drink there,” noted Caterer Middle East editor Lucy Taylor.

"Now, in our special interior design-focused September issue, we want to highlight those F&B outlets that have successfully married creativity and good sense in their design, creating not only an attractive outlet but also a successful business.
“The Top 20 will also include valuable insights from successful operators on how to achieve that kind of harmony between aesthetics and operations,” she added.
Where would you pick out as the Middle East's most innovative and successful F&B outlet interior?
