The latest travel agent mystery shopper results are in and Al Rais Travel has received the highest score with 78%, closely followed by Al Futtaim Travel with 76%.
In third place was SNTTA with 66% and Kanoo Holidays came in last with 46%.
Professional mystery shoppers from Ethos Consultancy visited the four Dubai-based agents on two occasions each and asked them for two different types of holiday packages – one to New York and the other to the Indian Ocean.

They found that Al Rais Travel was the best all-rounder when marked on several criteria regarding agency appearance, the service and knowledge of the travel advisor and the overall experience provided.
Agents commended for their service and friendliness were Zainab Shabbir of Al Rais Travel and Glenn Shekri from Al Futtaim Travel.
