In our final instalment of the Hotelier Middle East Awards 2009 long-list announcements, we reveal the top 10 candidates nominated for the Unsung Hero of the Year award, sponsored by fino International.
An old favourite, the Unsung Hero of the Year category recognises those that have gone far beyond the call of duty and this year’s nominations uncovered employees with a 'can-do' attitude that has enhanced guest experience, resolved emergency situations and, in some cases, even saved lives.
