Following its launch as Asia’s independent annual guide to the region’s best restaurants last year, The Miele Guide has upped the ante with the inclusion of the Top 5 restaurants in each of the countries featured in this year’s guide (with the exception of those countries for which a small number of restaurants were listed).

Representing Asia’s vast and varied culinary scene in this year’s guide is a total of 450 restaurants categorised according to country, city and cuisine.

Final selections were based upon a public vote featuring more than 98,000 votes cast by registered voters from across the world and a special jury of 1500 F&B professionals, journalists and respected foodies.

The 2009/2010 edition is available at US $15 at www.mieleguide.com and can be found on the shelves of all major bookstores across Asia.
