Middle East travel company Kanoo Travel won the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award in the travel and tourism category for the third time.
Based on the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Excellence model, Kanoo Travel was assessed onsite in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for two days by a team of six experts for the awards.
