The Meydan Hotel has said it is ready to take on Dubai’s established brunch scene with its new offering.

Boasting theatre-style kitchens and a “gastronomic tour of the world's key horseracing nations and regions”, The Meydan, the world's first five-star trackside hotel, will launch its brunch on Friday April 2.

Asia, the Middle East, France, Japan, the United States of America, Italy, the United Kingdom and Germany are set to dominate the culinary themes, while live cooking stations will cover the expansive terraces, restaurants and atrium of The Meydan.

Entertainment is said to include live jazz performances, a Cuban Cigar Lounge terrace and separate kids club with a full programme of children's entertainment offerings.
