Visitors learning about gourmet grub this month’s Taste of Dubai festival are also in for an insight into the refreshing world of beverages, with the return of MMI’s hugely popular Beverage Theatre.
The firm’s marketing services manager Donna Williamson revealed: “This year the Beverage Theatre will be bigger and better, with new features such as The Whisky Festival, Le Clos Lounge and Wine Theatre.
“As the official beverage suppliers to the event MMI will be bringing new and dynamic concepts to the public bar areas, including the Russian Standard Vodka Bar; the Bacardi Mojito Cocktail Bar; the Hoffbrau Beer Garden; and the Sake and Momotaro Lounge,” she added.

MMI will also use the event to launch ‘Drinkipedia’ — the Middle East’s first interactive kiosk for wine, sprits and champagne.
“Guests will have the opportunity to browse the kiosk at leisure in MMI’s Beverage Theatre to discover the wonderful world of wine, sprits and champagne, with over 1,500 products to choose from,” explained Williamson.
“The kiosk will give advice on food matching with wine selections, cocktail recipes for your favorite brands, as well as offering details on MMI’s current exclusive offers and sign-up details for MMI’s wine and malts societies.”
