In an attempt to enhance guest stay at the properties, the staff of Oasis Court & Dunes Hotel Apartments conducted a training tour of Dubai.

Looking to offer guests a comprehensive two-day tour, staff visited a variety of Dubai’s attractions encompassing cultural, sporting and recreational sites.

General manager of the property Rochelle Lobo said: “We believe in empowering our employees to provide better services to a customer which is the cornerstone to creating loyal guests and thus ensuring repeated business to our properties”.

The team will ably guide one through a two-day tour of the City and the elements that make Dubai ‘The City of Captivating Contrasts’.

Staff are now able to give comprehensive information on a large number of Dubai attractions dependant on the guest’s requirements.
