A gala ceremony on September 27 will see the brightest stars in the F&B sector in the region honoured at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Dubai.
An expert panel of judges is currently considering nominations spanning 12 categories to decide who wins on the night.
Interest in the awards has been huge with a surge of nominations in recent weeks.
Today we can reveal the final shortlists for the hotly contested categories of Waiter of the Year and Bartender of the Year. Both awards celebrate the best individual professionals in each category.

The two categories have again seen a high level of competition for 2010. The final shortlist of those who have made it to the last five in each category is as follows:
