Samer Saleh’s efficient running of Cinnabar and his innovation and imaginative approach helped him bag the Bar Manager of the Year Gong at the Caterer Middle East Awards last night.
His introduction of a guest DJ in the venue greatly helped to boost Cinnabar’s popularity.
He is described as a “proactive, diligent and active” manager. Samer’s nomination highlights his enthusiasm and motivation and singles him out for increases in productivity and profitability.

Having been presented with his award by Shavkat Mamajonov, sales director of award sponsors Galaxy Piano, Saleh revealed that his win had come as something of a shock.
"Winning was quite a surpirse as Hilton only told me they had nominated me a few days ago because they wanted to surprise me," he said.
"It takes dedication and hard work to be a good bar manager; really it is all about pleasing people, making them feel comfortable and at home in your bar," Saleh added.
Danijel Jovanovic from Armani Hotel, Dubai was highly commended.
