Abu Dhabi is gearing up for a mouth watering culinary treat next month when a La Cuisine Du SIAL expo gets under way in the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
The expo runs from November 22-24 and will showcase the culinary skills of professional chefs over a range of gastronomic specialisms.
Organised by the Abu Dhabi chapter of the Emirates Culinary Guild, La Cuisine Du SIAL is open to any professional chef, cook, baker or pastry chef.

Classes in cake making, chocolate carving and a range of other gastro areas will be available. Organisers say that it is an opportunity for chefs in the region to network and pick up fresh ideas.
