Samer Saleh’s efficient running of Cinnabar and his innovation and imaginative approach helped him bag the Bar Manager of the Year Gong at the Caterer Middle East Awards.
Having been presented with his award by Shavkat Mamajonov, sales director of award sponsors Galaxy Piano, Saleh revealed that his win had come as something of a shock.
