International headline artists the Jonas Brothers, Nelly Furtado, Guns N’ Roses, and Creamfields Abu Dhabi 2010 have been confirmed to play Yas Island, as part of a new entertainment programme - ' Yas Island Show Weekends' - which will turn the island into the ultimate party destination.
The month-long programme, launched by Flash Entertainment, is set to attract thousands of visitors from across the region to Yas island's hotels.
Visitors who buy a weekend package at a Yas Island hotel will receive a complimentary ticket to that weekend’s concert. This means for 350AED (three-star), 400AED (four-star) and 450AED (five-star) guests will receive a night in a Yas Island hotel as well as a ticket a headline act.

John Lickrish, managing director of Flash Entertainment, revealed the Yas Island Weekend Shows to a packed celebrity crowd at the Yas Hotel last night.
He said: “We designed the Yas Island Show Weekends in a way that meant people of all ages and tastes could come and get involved. For example, for only 150AED people can see rock legends Guns N’ Roses or Nelly Furtado, or a full day of children’s entertainment for free - unbelievable! So, whether you’re a live music addict keen to see international superstars or a family looking to enjoy a leisurely day out, the Yas Island Show Weekends have something for everyone at affordable prices.”
“The best thing is we’re only just getting started; there’s going to be even more to come from FLASH and the Yas Island Show Weekends in 2011,” he concluded.
The programme begins with the Jonas Brothers on 18th November 2010.
