One of the  bombs posted from Yemen was carried on two passenger planes before being seized in Dubai, according to Qatar Airways.

It was previously thought that the bomb had been transported by cargo planes, but the carrier confirmed the device was carried on a Qatar Airbus A320 from Sanaa in Yemen to Doha.

It was then moved to another Qatar Airways flight to Dubai, where it was seized by police.

Officials said the bomb was made from a material that is difficult to detect using current screening methods at airports.
