Dear Monika, I have tried to raise this issue on several occasions with your partner Reed Exhibitors. Please allow me to comment that a part of what you stated is absolutely true however the issue is NOT the travel agency in at least our case but Staff themselves (at last some). We at Intertravel Agency have training courses but the handicap lies indeed in the Employees & Attitude: Lack of qualified personnel in the Market; Unwillingness to learn and follow internal policies & procedures. If you raise the bar, you will have Mutiny or demotivation. Believe I have tried each & every method (6 hats, baton & carrot, selling & communication skills, rapport, etc ) to change their habits, instill new characteristics, vision, etc but all attempts were vain. I look forward to your reply and perhaps a lengthy detailed discussion.
