Valid comment for businesses looking to move with the trend. I still believe there will be place for brick and mortar agencies and personal service for clients looking for the personal touch but the face of business has changed to increasingly include electronic communication and this will continue to evolve beyond how we know and understand the technologies today. Some businesses and consumers will lag behind but the technology will be absorbed. Our company has been working on this interface for a number of years and are currently rolling out our online platform. We love technology but try to interface with our clients the way they prefer. http://agent.tamrichonline.com
