Hotels have 'bad impression of hiring nationals'

I believe most of the nationals in UAE, Qatar or Kuwait dont have a passion for the hospitality industry. mainly its the working hours that they are not comfortable with and of course the salary is not up to their expectation, when they compare it with a government entity. but i've seen this difference in the Saudi Arabia and Oman where there are many nationals working in the hospitality industry

I do not oppose appointing Emariti in Hospitality sector, however, the have no passion for the Hospitality but are time bound. They are looking for fun & fun which I must say being an hotelier is restricted upto some extent. If we can hire a manager with AED 15,000 then why we should offer AED 30,000 to Emirati, both should be equal. Locals should be on priority but the local authorities should maintain the level of equality and should be treated equally. Bachelor's degree holder from EU/USA/Australia is of much higher in skills & approach than Bachelor's degree holder from UAE or GCC. It's Asia, EU , USA or African, all of them compromise on time flexibility even they are among executives. Instead of pushing hotels, authorities should organize training 7 awareness sessions for locals. Hotel's are normally preferring Lebanese or Egyptians than local UAE nationals. Authorities should maintain the balance between Arab nationalities. it's not criticism but it's fact. If more & more Lebanese & Egyptians will be appointed then when why they need to appoint locals for the same purpose. Thanks
