I was in UK at the end of June, beginning of July.. and people were seriously rude (except few of them who little nice) I have never seen such arrogant people, such complicated and unfriendly people like in London Even in the hotel I was in which was supposed to be a 5* hotel, the staff were in serious NEED to take CUSTOMER CARE TRAINING COURSES, they should come and learn hospitality and customer care from DUBAI People are soo depressed, the government are making two level of people, either high and rich or low and poor no middle class! Which is unfair I am glad that this happened in UK, at least this could be a wake-up call to the government to take better care of the nation -rename the country from GREAT BRITAIN to POOR BRITAIN
