The day discrimination will be stopped this matter will be a closed chapter. Hotels are taking nationality on priority than skills mainly in Middle East, so how can they expect TALENT to be in rise. Think Think Think!

The same case with me I have also applied in so many hotels in UAE even though i have experience in this industry but they don't consider me. I don't know why?? The reason i see behind it that i don't have any reference here.... thats what i think. May be some people will differ with me. Plz hire people without having references if they deserve it.... Thanks

The problem with a lot of companies in the UAE, is the HR department look at the qualifications of the candidate as apposed to the person. Obviously there are certain jobs where a level of education is expected and needed but there are plenty of very talented candidates who are turned down for higher levels of vacancies because they lack a degree.

The main problem is that every hotel is depending on Caterer global and not getting the real candidates . There Should be Another Source
